ReS-ORION 8Pro

The ReS-ORION 8 Pro suit for metal spray operators and welders is designed for people performing work related to metal spraying, arc spraying and gas spraying (flame, plasma and detonation spraying). The suit can also be used during manual welding, e.g.: MMA, MAG or MIG, welding with self-shielded flux-cored wires, plasma cutting, gouging, oxygen cutting and thermal spraying. The suit also provides protection against ultraviolet radiation (UV) and reduces the risk of an electric shock due to short contact with live electrical conductors at approximately 100 V in normal welding conditions.

The suit is designed to protect against dust generated during metal spraying.

• Primary material: 54% viscose, 20% polyamide, 20% wool, 5% para-aramide, 1% Belltron, 375 g/m²
• Reinforcing material: 100% para-aramide laminated with polyester, 495 g/m²
• Lining: 100% fire-retardant cotton, 300 g/m²
